Participant will get access to the online course as soon as the CO indicates them as "paid to CO". 

They will lose access to the online course when:

  • Their course seat payment was more than 18 months ago and they don't have a provider certificate yet;
  • Their provider certificate expired and they're not subscribed yet in a new course with status "paid to CO", and they didn't pay a course seat in the past 18 months.


If a participant is removed from a course before their status was set to "paid to CO", they will not gain access to e-learning.
