If you download the certificates of a course (as a Course Organiser), they are produced all together in one pdf. This is easier if you want to print them.

Individual participants can always go online in CoSy and download their own certificate. Provided you entered their email address.


If you want to send the individual pdfs to the participants anyway:

  1. Log in on CoSy 
  2. Click in the left menu on the item Courses organising (1)
  3. Select the course and click the manage faculty and participants icon (2)
  4. In the participants overview, click on an individual view ... participants's certificates ... icon (3)
  5. In the user's certificates overview, click the download icon (4)
  6. The certificate is downloaded to your browser's files.
