There are a few reasons why your new certificate is not visible yet.
- You most likely don't have a certificate yet because the course director hasn't filled in the appraisals yet.
When this is done and you passed, you will receive your certificate and it will be visible in CoSy. - Another reason might be that you have a secondary account, if the course is also not listed in your account this is likely the reason.
- You have not completed all of your recertification tasks.
Your certificate will reneww after you completed both the online recertification module and the hands-on recertification module.
