If you cannot log in to your CoSy account or have forgotten your password, you can request a new password.


Steps

  1. Go to the CoSy login page: https://cosy.erc.edu/en/login
  2. Click I forgot my password.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Click Send.
  5. Check your email for a message from donotreply@erc.edu with the subject: CoSy - Change password.
  6. Click the link in the email.
  7. Enter your new password and select Reset my password.
