You tried to login to your account, but received an error or do not remeber your password when you try to log in.
Step 1:
Click on I forgot my password - https://cosy.erc.edu/en/login
Step 2:
Reset your password
Step 3:
Check your e-mails (subject: CoSy - Change password)
the mail will come from: Donotreply@erc.edu
If you do NOT receive an e-mail within two minutes, check your Spam folder.
Click the link in the e-mail.
The link will bring you back to the screen "Reset your password"
Enter the new password you just created and click "Reset my password"
