Course Seats can be transferred between Course Organisers within the same country and for the same course type.


Important

  • Seats can only be transferred within the same country.
  • Seats can only be transferred for the same course type.
  • The receiving Course Centre must have Course Organiser permissions in that country.


Steps

  1. Log in to CoSy.
  2. Open Course Organising.
  3. Select Course Seats. 
  4. Click Transfer Course Seats.
  5. Enter:
    • Country
    • Course type
    • Number of Seats
    • Receiving Course Centre
  6. Click Transfer.

    After the Transfer

    • The transferred Seats will appear in your Seat transaction history.
    • The receiving Course Organiser will automatically receive an email notification.

Please Note

The ERC is not responsible for agreements between Course Organisers. Transfers should be considered permanent. Reversals may only be considered when both parties provide written agreement.
